Rachita is one of the most competent human beings I've met. She and I started off with a detailed discussion of what kinds of condos I was looking for, where I wanted to live, and what my budget was. She helped me view dozens of condos in an initial wide-net search, efficiently scheduling back-to-back viewings during the specific windows when I was available. That gave me a much sharper understanding of what I wanted, which let us home in on a handful of developments that best met my criteria. Then we went back to those spots and viewed as many comparable condos as possible, which gave me a sense of pricing, layout, and much more. That let us narrow the search to my top 3 properties, which we visited again so that I could make a careful inspection and take all sorts of measurements. At each of these stages, Rachita prepared detailed information packets on all of the units we were viewing, and she responded quickly to all of my texts about everything from interior decorators to real estate pricing trends. Finally, I knew what my favorite unit was, and Rachita and I had a detailed strategy session to discuss what kind of offer to make. Ultimately, my offer was accepted, and then Rachita helped me get loan options from several banks and options for law firms to finalize the contract.
