Having lived in SG for almost 9 years now, We have worked with Cyril and his team 3 times already !
Professionalism, smooth process, knowledgeable, super helpful … each time Vesper Home has helped us find the house we needed and also conduct easy hand overs which is so precious 🙏
And not forgetting that any time there has been an issue in our house Cyril would liaise with the owner and help solve the pb super fast.

Amanda was an outstanding agent helping to really get to know our lifestyle preferences, size & shape of furniture, and curating what condos would be suitable for us based on impeccable knowledge. Upon providing our preferred condos and budget range, Amanda, Noelle, and their team astounded us by arranging over 10 property viewings with less than 48 hours' notice. Their efficiency was exceptional!

Vesper Home not only understood our criteria for a centrally located residence with excellent facilities but also offered their valuable professional insights.

As a newcomer to Singapore and having no insights into the SG rental market, Amanda managed our expectations well regarding the Singaporean housing market, incl. housing layouts, amenities, contract negotiations, local housing laws, etc.
