Rental Process
- Submit a Letter of Intent (LOI)
- Tenant transfers 1-month of Rental
- Tenancy Agreement (TA) Drafted and Signed
- Tenant Transfers 2-months of Rental
- Pay the Stamp Duty (SD) to Government
- Pay $500 Deposit for the Utilities (Water, Elec, Gas)
